This is a small business website. I keep things simple — and the same goes for how I handle your information.

What this site collects directly

The tanbycam website (tanbycam.com) is a static page. It does not require an account, doesn't run user analytics that identify you personally, and doesn't sell anything to third parties.

If/when site-level analytics are enabled (e.g. Cloudflare Web Analytics), they are aggregate, cookieless, and don't track you across other sites.

What's collected when you book or message

Booking (Cal.com embed): Booking is handled by Cal.com. When you book, Cal.com collects your name, email, phone, address, and any notes you provide. Cal.com's privacy practices are at cal.com/privacy.
Email or DM: If you contact me by email ([email protected]) or Instagram (@tanbycam_), I'll see your message and any contact info attached. I use that only to reply and to coordinate your appointment.
Instagram feed: The recent-posts grid on this site is loaded from a public feed via Behold.so. Behold doesn't track visitors — it just serves images.

How I use your information

To confirm and prepare for your appointment
To send appointment reminders and aftercare notes (via Cal.com workflows)
To answer questions you send me directly

I don't sell, rent, or share your contact info with anyone outside the booking tools listed above.

Cookies

The tanbycam site itself does not set marketing cookies. The Cal.com booking embed may set cookies necessary for the booking flow to work — see Cal.com's policy for details.

Your choices

You can ask me to delete any contact info I have for you at any time — just email [email protected]. To remove a Cal.com booking record, you can also reach out to Cal.com directly via their support page.
